Havertz number leak

Kai Havertz appears to have had his Arsenal shirt number leaked ahead of a move to the club from Chelsea that will see him keep the 29 across the clubs.

£157m Partey offer

Thomas Partey could be set to leave Arsenal this summer as clubs from Europe and Saudi Arabia circle a potential switch for the midfielder. Amongst those is said to be a huge £157million deal, which could prompt the end of the Ghanaian's time at the Emirates Stadium.

Arsenal are plotting a third bid for West Ham captain Declan Rice this summer and will be forced to eclipse the £100million mark for the midfielder, reports the Mirror. The Gunners won't stop there though, with a move for Southampton youngster Romeo Lavia also in the works.

Timber deal latest

Arsenal are preparing a second bid for Ajax defender Jurrien Timber this summer, having seen their first offer rejected earlier this week. According to reports, £50million is the valuation set on the 22-year-old, however there is expectation that it could come to far less.

Declan Rice advantage

Arsenal will sign Declan Rice if they match the figure that West Ham want for the player football.london understands, regardless of Manchester City's attempts. Advanced Rice talks

Manchester City are in advanced talks with West Ham over a move for Declan Rice this summer, reports Di Marzio. The Premier League champions have been looking to battle Arsenal for the midfielder, with a potential hijacking of the deal in the works.

Nketiah frustrations

As per The Sun, Eddie Nketiah has been left frustrated by Arsenal's impending deal to sign Kai Havertz.

It is claimed that Nketiah has been left unsettled, leaving West Ham United, Crystal Palace and Fulham on red alert.

However, the Gunners are said to be keen to keep the Hale End academy graduate.

Monchi admission

Aston Villa's new president of football operations Monchi has revealed that he had a preliminary agreement to join Arsenal back in 2019.

Sevilla held a press conference ahead of Monchi's exit, where Monchi said: "I had a preliminary agreement with Arsenal when I left Roma.

"But when Pepe called me it was different, it was going home."

Moyes' Rice valuation

As per the Daily Mail, West Ham United boss David Moyes privately has valued Declan Rice at around £150million.

Both Arsenal and Manchester City continue to chase a move for Rice in recent times.

Rice claim

Declan Rice wants to stay in London and make the move to Arsenal, as per Daily Express transfer guru Ryan Taylor.

Speaking to GIVEMESPORT, Taylor said: "From what I understand, he wants to join the club. He's sold by Mikel Arteta's project. He ideally wants to remain in London because he wants to be close to his family here in Kingston upon Thames.

"He said a few times in interviews that he doesn't really want to move too far away from his roots."

Timber bid

Arsenal's second bid for Ajax starlet Jurrien Timber is imminent.

That is according to transfer guru Fabrizio Romano.

Rice preference

West Ham captain Declan Rice still wants to sign for Arsenal ahead of Manchester City, according to the Guardian.

The Hammers skipper has also been heavily linked with a move to both Manchester City and United in recent times.

Caicedo potential

Transfer guru David Ornstein has claimed that if Arsenal miss out on a move for Declan Rice, they could turn their attention to Brighton's Moises Caicedo.

Speaking on the Five YouTube channel, Ornstein said: “If Declan Rice doesn’t come off, which Arsenal may not be focusing on at this point because they’re focused so heavily on him, but if the worst case scenario happens they have a recruitment team who may look at Caicedo or others, we have seen Romeo Lavia linked quite heavily, I’m not sure of that one developing at this moment in time, but that could change in seconds or minutes.”

Timber admission

Arsenal target Jurrien Timber has previously admitted he would be open to joining Manchester City.

Arsenal transfer guru Fabrizio Romano has sent an update regarding the Gunners' push to sign Ajax defender Jurrien Timber.

Writing on Twitter, Romano said: "Arsenal will also push on Jurrien Timber deal in the next hours/days. Understand Timber considers Arsenal as excellent, attractive project for his future.

"#AFC More to follow between Arsenal and Ajax in terms of negotiation."

Juventus enquire for Partey

Juventus have reportedly enquired about Thomas Partey amid interest from Saudi Arabian sides.

Third Rice bid

Arsenal will submit a third offer closer to West Ham's valuation of Declan Rice, according to reports.

The Gunners have already had two bids turned down for Mikel Arteta's priority transfer target. A first offer worth £80million plus at least £10million in add-ons was rejected last week before another offer, which remained under the Hammers' £100million asking price, was rebuffed on Tuesday.

Now, according to the Daily Mail, Arsenal will return with a third offer and will place a bid on the table closer to the Hammers' demands.

Havertz medical booked

Kai Havertz's medical ahead of his £65million transfer to Arsenal will take place over the weekend, football.london understands.

The Gunners have agreed a deal with Chelsea for £60million plus £5million in add-ons for the 24-year-old. Havertz is expected to become Mikel Arteta's first signing of the summer transfer window.

The medical is likely to take place overseas and if all goes according to plan, the announcement is expected early next week.

Arteta has no-brainer Rice alternative

News of Manchester City's plans to make an official offer for Arsenal priority signing Declan Rice has sent shockwaves throughout everyone associated with the Gunners.

Should the Gunners miss out, Inter Milan's Nicolo Barella could be the perfect fit. The energetic Italian enjoyed another impressive season in Milan and managed to implement some offensive production to his game. He scored nine goals and assisted a further six, created 77 chances for his teammates and delivered 105 crosses, according toRotoWire.

According to FCInterNews, Barella's transfer saga is far from over and Arsenal are amongst the number of Premier League sides in the running for his signature. The report adds that Liverpool and Manchester United are also keen.
