@Verizon the pure frustration of not being able to drop off old devices at a local store to send back to you after an upgrade is ridiculous! I don’t have a 🖨 to get these return labels and it’s taken almost 2 wks since upgrading. Customer care should incl ease of returning!

Verizon needs to STOP the two-tiered system of phone support, for the sake of employees, customers, and its own business. Invest in American employees. Treat your employees well, and watch your employee AND customer satisfaction rise.

@VerizonSupport I've been patiently waiting for a week on a replacement phone that was supposed to be a 2 day shipment. Nobody ever answers on the customer service calls I've made. Do I have to drive an hour to the nearest store to be able to talk to someone???

Tomorrow will be 5 days of working from home without Fios internet. I have been on the phone and chat 6 times jn 4 days. If my ticket gets canceled or rescheduled again tomorrow, I will cancel @Verizon and get @Xfinity

@VerizonSupport lightning struck my house Saturday and fried my router and cable box. Found and reported it Sunday. Verizon promised to come today (Weds) then rescheduled this AM to tomorrow because I am part of a “general outage” but all my neighbors direct have working Fios.

In the end, after traveling 20 miles, UPS store couldn’t take modem, because Verizon “customer” service, all three of them, never gave me a store address or return number to send modem. @Verizon Don’t go digital w Verizon. Horrendous service.

@Verizon their customer service is ****!!! I have called 10 times for the same issue and tried to speak with a supervisor can’t ever get through. Then supposedly was put through a supervisor then finally got through to someone and they keep repeatedly telling me it’s my problem.
